Motorcycle driver arrested on DUI, drug charges

After a motorcycle driver was pulled over for driving aggressively, he was later found in possession of drugs and driving under the influence.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) reports that at around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies noticed 48-year-old Bradley Nelson Hinchliffe revving his engine and failing to maintain his lane in the area of Queen City Parkway.

He was also going 70 mph in a 35 mph zone according to authorities.

When they pulled Hinchliffe over, deputies noticed signs of impairment leading to a DUI charge.

A search of Hinchliffe’s belongings yielded two THC vape cartridges, several Schedule-I pills including oxycodone, less than an ounce of marijuana, and a glass smoking device.

Hinchliffe also had a handgun in his possession.

Hinchliffe was booked into the Hall County Jail on the following charges:

Hinchliffe is currently in the Hall County Jail without bond.
