GAINESVILLE - A proposal calling for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot office and retail center on Brown's Bridge Road will be presented to the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board Tuesday.
Also planned for the five-acre tract just east of McEver Road is a 60,000-square-foot mini-warehouse development.
The city planning staff is recommending approval - with conditions - of the rezoning requested for the property. Those conditions deal with outdoor lighting, the exterior look of the buildings, and the placement of the mini-warehouses on the site.
The development would be accessible from both Brown's Bridge Road and McEver Road. The mini-warehouse would front McEver; the other part of the development would front Brown's Bridge Road.
The site is across from Liberty Mutual.
