CUMMING - A $110 million office park is planned in Forsyth County near where a one-and-a-half million square foot shopping center is expected to be built.
Triad Properties of Huntsville, Alabama, says the office complex will consist of one million square feet and will be developed in four phases on McFarland Road near Georgia 400.
The land is near the site where a Maryland company plans a one-point-four million square foot shopping center is planned n addition to a 900,000-square-foot office park and a hotel.
No word on when construction will begin.
