Those included earlier are: Dawson, Franklin, Gilmer, Madison, Pickens, Rabun, Towns, Union and White.

State Department of Revenue Commissioner Bart Graham said affected businesses and individuals in the Presidential Disaster Area will be given a 30-day filing extension by writing "Tropical Storm Ivan 2004" across the top of their returns.
