Cornelia mayor on Georgia Downtown Association board

ATLANTA - Cornelia Mayor Don Higgins has been elected to a one-year term on the board of directors of the Georgia Downtown Association.<br>

Denise Brinson of Suwanee has been elected vice-president of the organization. <br>
<br>
Another northeast Georgian, Gary Fesperman of Lavonia, will serve as legislative liaison.<br>
<br>
