Gainesville man on Isakson steering committee

ATLANTA - Gainesville businessman Phillip Wilheit is one of 15 members of the Georgians for Isakson Statewide Steering Committee.

Isakson is a Georgia congressman who is running for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Zell Miller.

Isakson has picked up the endorsement of 48 state senators and representatives - including two from Gainesville.
State Senator Casey Cagle and State Repesentative Stacy Reece are among the members of the state legislature who have endorsed Isakson, as are a number of others from our area.

The names of Steering Committee members, and State Senators and Representatives supporting Isakson follow:
