GAINESVILLE - State D.O.T. officials say the reconstruction of a Rabun County intersection will require a month-long detour starting next week.
D.O.T says the eastern leg of the intersection of U.S. 441 and Camp Creek Road, south of Clayton, will be closed Monday, weather permitting.
The detour will be in place for about 30 days.
D.O.T. says the work at the intersection is designed to improve sight distance.
