Planners to consider nearly 200 new homes

GAINESVILLE - Plans are in the works for another 174 new homes in Hall County.

The Hall County Planning Commission is scheduled to consider the proposals February 6.

They include 68 homes on the north and south sides of Holly Springs Road near Three Bridges Road; another 26 on Old Cornelia Highway at Hyde Mill Road; and, an 80-lot subdivision on Ransom Free Road at Mount Vernon Road.

The lengthy agenda also includes an application for a retail/office and office/warehouse development on McEver Road at Vista Glen.
