15 from Hall nominated for national high school award

DUBLIN, Ohio - Fifteen high school students from Hall County are finalists for the Wendy's High School Heisman Award.

The program - which was initiated in 1994 by Wendy's Restaurants - recognizes academic and athletic achievements among the nation's high schoolers.

OCTOBER 30 List of State Finalists announced to media and posted on www.wendysheisman.com

NOVEMBER 6 List of State Winners announced to the Media and posted on www.wendysheisman.com

NOVEMBER 6-17 12 National Finalists are named (1 Male and 1 Female from each of the 6 Heisman Regions)

DECEMBER 8 All 12 National Finalists are invited to New York City for Heisman Weekend activities, including the Wendy's High School Heisman Award Banquet
