Hall planners to consider new subdivisions

GAINESVILLE - Two more proposed North Hall subdivisions are due for a review by the Hall
County Planning Board at its second meeting of the new year.

One would be located on 78 acres on Stowers Road near Thompson Bridge Road and consist of 63 homes. The other is planned on 45 acres on Cool Springs Road near Chestatee Road. It would contain 36 homes.

Both items are the planning commission's January 16 agenda.
