Dawson commissioners reject developer's request

DAWSONVILLE - A developer says he has no choice to to take the Dawson County Commission to court.

Commissioners recently said "no" to Rowland Development's proposed revision to the master plan for Chestatee subdivision.

The change would have increased the density of the 547-acre tract, according to Norton Native Intelligence Marketwatch.

The developer has said a "no" vote would leave him no choice but to seek relief through the courts.
