UNDATED - A 295-lot subdivision, straddling the Hall-Jackson county line, is in the works.
The 499-acre tract is at Georgia Highway 60, Guy Cooper Road and Cooper Bridge Road.
Forty-four of the lots will be located in Hall County, according to Norton Native Intelligence Marketwatch.
Meanwhile, plans have been announced for a 115-acre mixed-use development, including 346 homes, in Banks County at U.S. 441 and Faulkner Road.
