CLEVELAND - Add Cleveland to the list of places in northeast Georgia where the tax rate will not be going up this year.<br />

The council has approved a two-point-two million dollar budget which is $60,000 more than last year's but will require no increase in the millage rate.<br />
<br />
Most of th extra money is earmarked for the police department for salaries, computer upgrades and increased fuel costs. <br />
