LAWRENCEVILLE - An indictment has been returned against a Gainesville man charged in a wreck on I-85 that killed four people.
Channel 2 Action News reports that a Gwinnett County grand jury issued an indictment that includes eleven charges against Cody Rhoden.
Among them: four counts of vehicular homicide.
The 21-year-old Rhoden denied during a court hearing April 11 that he was at fault, saying his car was clipped by another, causing him to strike the vehicle in which the victims were riding.
