Dyer named interim Supt. of Gainesville City Schools

GAINESVILLE - Fair Street Elementary School principal Marianne Dyer has been named interim Superintendent of Gainesville City Schools.<br /> <br /> The announcement was made at a reception for city school employees at Gainesville High School this morning and was greeted by cheers from many of those in the audience.<br /> <br /> The school board also held a called meeting at the same time.
