Bell disclosure motion fails at Hall Commission

GAINESVILLE - Hall County Commission Vice Chairman Ashley Bell Thursday said he wants everything out in the open, with an end to conflicts of interest.

Bell made a motion to reveal all potential conflicts relating to bond attorney Tred Syfan and County Attorney Bill Blalock, who work for the same law firm; the motion called for a request for proposal for new attorneys with applicants disclosure of any conflicts.
