Clarkesville man dies in single-car wreck

CLARKESVILLE - A Clarkesville man died in a single vehicle accident Wednesday morning, according to the Toccoa post of the Georgia State Patrol.

Troopers said that Arvil J.D Kinsey, 63, was traveling east on Highway 385 near Spencer Drive when his car left the road and hit a tree. Kinsey was the only person in the vehicle. The accident happened just after 10:00 Wednesday morning.
