CLEVELAND - The jury in the Jonathan Hart murder trial in Cleveland heard a second full day of testimony in White County Superior Court Thursday.
Among the prosecution witnesses on the stand was a pawn shop owner who told the court about two guns Hart purchased from his store. Also taking the stand was a Monroe, La. police officer who arrested Hart several states away from the crime scene.
Enotah Judicial district attorney Stan Gunter said the trial is progressing as expected. Gunter said they still expect testimony from two more out of state witnesses and the medical examiner. He said the case will extend into next week before the jury gets the case. Â
