Volleyball: Rowland, Bell pace North Hall to two wins

MURRAYVILLE - North Hall picked up two solid wins Thursday in girls volleyball action.

The Lady Trojans whipped Buford 25-12, 25-10 in the first match. In the second match, North Hall held off a tough West Hall team in three games, 25-18, 22-25, 25-13

Evann Rowland led the way for North Hall with 12 kills, 12 digs, and two blocks in the two mathes. Kathryn Bell had 25 assists, four kills, three digs; Sarah Paschall had six kills, four aces, had a seven- point service run.

Anna Marchman added four kills, Haley Panter had a six-point service run with two aces, and Megan Cox had four aces and a seven-point serve run.
