GAINESVILLE - Hall County Library Board members voted Wednesday night in called session to support Commission Chairman Tom Oliver's proposal to build a North Hall library that would not locate in Clermont.
After listening to arguments for and against the new proposed site on Nopone Road, the Board voted 6-4 on a motion from Carlyle Cox to build a North Hall Library in a central location.
