Baseball: Knights pounded West Hall

OAKWOOD - Johnson pounded West Hall 13-1 in a Region 7B-AAA game Saturday.

Blake Stacey picked up the win on the mound for the Knights with six strikeouts while allowing only one hit in five innings.

The Knights were led at the plate by by Logan Pethel, who went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBI. Ryan Farmer added three hits with one RBI, and Stacey, Trae Wilson, and Ethan Loggins added two hits each for Johnson.

Johnson next will travel to undefeated Chestatee on Wednesday.
