(Cleveland)- White County's Community Visionary group, White County 2020 met again last Thursday to look at community issues and work on a strategic planning process to address theses issues. When the group first met back in November they identified eight different areas such as Transportation/Infrastructure, education, housing and tourism.
On Thursday the group was divided into smaller groups that began the process of addressing the eight different issues critical to the future of the county.
Tom O'Bryant, White County Economic Director facilitated the meeting and said these groups have work ahead of them. Between now and the next meeting in April the individual groups will be identifying areas of work and develop strategies to address the needs.
