Identity of victim released in Lumpkin County crash

DAHLONEGA - Authorities have released the identity of the man killed in a two vehicle accident in Lumpkin County Friday afternoon.

Lumpkin County Coroner Larry Bannister said Ray Koehn, 76, was on his way home around 12:30 p.m. when his vehicle was struck by another car on Mill Creek Road at Ben West Road. Bannister said Koehn lived on Ben West Road. Three others, one a passenger in Koehn's vehicle and two people in the other vehicle, were hospitalized.

The Georgia State Patrol would not release further details of the accident.
