Investigators say arsonists burned Auburn house

AUBURN - Gwinnett County fire investigators said a fire that burned a home in Auburn just after midnight Friday was an act of arson.

Gwinnett County Fire Department Lt. Colin Rhoden says firefighters found the house on Pilgrim Mill Lane completely engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene at 12:39 a.m. He said the modular home was burned to the foundation.

Rhoden said no one was injured and the investigation is ongoing.
