DECATUR - The widow of a Georgia businessman who was gunned down outside a suburban Atlanta preschool in 2010 has been taken into custody, a prosecutor's spokesman confirmed.
Andrea Sneiderman was in custody, but the prosecutor declined to discuss charges or other specifics until a 1:00 p.m. Thursday news conference, DeKalb County District Attorney's spokesman Erik Burton said.
Russell Sneiderman, a Harvard-educated businessman, was gunned down just after he dropped his son off at a preschool in Dunwoody in November 2010.
Hemy Neuman, a business associate of Andrea Sneiderman, has been convicted of the murder. Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman had been linked romantically, according to court testimony during Neuman's trial.
