JEFFERSON - Tripp Halstead, the Winder toddler whose battle with a severe brain injury has prompted a nationwide following, has been rushed back to the hospital.
His father told Atlanta TV media that after his son had a rough night last night, medical officials felt it was best to return him to the hospital for monitoring.
Tripp had gone to his grandparents home in Jefferson over the weekend, his first time home from the hospital since October, when he was struck in the head by a falling tree limb.
