GAINESVILLE - Hall County authorities have arrested a Gainesville man and charged him with the kidnapping and sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl on Sunday, November 2.
Investigators said they were called to Barrett Road by the teen, who told them she had been abducted around 11 a.m. while she was jogging in the area of Barrett Road and Truelove Road. She told them a white man placed her in his vehicle and took her to a residence on Truelove Road near Wood Creek Place. She said she was sexually assaulted by the man.
