BUFORD - Authorities in Gwinnett County have intensified their search for Kelly Nash, 25, of Buford, who disappeared in the early hours of Monday morning from his home on Jimmy Dodd Road.
As of late Wednesday, the Facebook page the family created "Kelly Nash Missing" had been shared 610 times by family, friends and acquaintances of the 2008 Lakeview Academy graduate. Flyers were being distributed across the region with information about Nash. The family is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his return.
Nash was last seen by his girlfriend at 4 a.m. Monday when Nash said he could not sleep. When she woke at 7 a.m., she said Nash was missing but his wallet, cellphone and car were left behind.
Gwinnett County Sheriff's Sergeant J.W. Buice in a statement to volunteers Wednesday night at Nash's home said that authorities were working closely with Tracy Sargent (www.helpfindingmissingpersons.com) and the K9 unit to find answers in Nash's disappearance. Buice asked the volunteers to continue their efforts in getting out flyers and setting up a command post while the K9 unit does its job.

Buice said a 9 a.m. meeting is scheduled for Friday to reevaluate search efforts if Nash is not found before that time.
Nash's father, Alan Nash, thanked volunteers Wednesday night and said he 'had a good feeling about the outcome' of his son's disappearance.
