GAINESVILLE — The fifth and final suspect in a the murder of a Gainesville taxi cab driver goes on trial Monday in Hall County Superior Court.
Margarita Leanos is accused of being an accessory to the murder of Isaias Tovar-Murillo in March.
A jury has already been selected to hear the case, so opening arguments will begin as soon as court is in session.
The woman accused of actually shooting the cabbie - Misty Moran - was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison last week. Three other suspects pleaded guilty in August to their part in the crime.
