By Associated Press

ATLANTA (AP) Atlanta police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing Georgia Tech student.

Authorities say 24-year-old James Hubert was last seen late Friday night in the city's Howell Station neighborhood, west of the university's campus. WSB-TV says police told them the last GPS coordinate for Hubert's phone is on Auburn Ave. heading towards DeKalb Ave. Saturday around 1 a.m.

Family members say he was attending a sorority event at Puritan Mill.

Hubert is described as a 6-foot while male weighing 180 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. He is reported to be from Alpharetta.

Officials with Phi Delta Theta confirmed to WXIA-TV that Hubert is vice president of the Georgia Tech chapter of their fraternity.

Hubert's family is now offering a $10,000 reward for information on his disappearance.

Anyone with information on Hubert's whereabouts should call Atlanta police at 404-546-4235, extension 62635.
