BRASELTON - Hamilton State Bank http://www.hamiltonstatebank.com recently announced three management level promotions.
Neal Booth has been named Senior Executive Vice President of the Commercial Bank and, Karen Rosenberg to Senior Executive Vice President of the Community Bank. Tom Uzzell has been named Chief Credit Officer.
“As our bank continues to grow, we will need to review our organizational structure and add or make changes to the responsibilities for our executives,” Hamilton State Bank Chairman and CEO Robert Oliver said. “With these promotions, we are setting in place a structure to manage our bank in a sound and profitable manner.”
In his new role, Booth’s new responsibilities will include oversight of the commercial lines of business in the bank.
Rosenberg will continue to oversee the retail units of the bank. In her new position, she also will supervise human resources, compliance and marketing.
Uzzell will play a key role in maintaining the credit quality of Hamilton State Bank’s loan portfolio while at the same time helping the bank achieve its loan growth objectives.
