GAINESVILLE — Thousands of people crowded Green Street in Gainesville for the annual Christmas on Green Street celebration.
The event started with a parade down Green Street and ended with the lighting of the Rotary Club tree. In between, visitors had the chance to hear from school choirs, sip on hot cider and tour some of the decorated homes on historic Green Street.
