DAHLONEGA - To coincide with the national Go Red! campaign for women's heart health, the Physical Education Program at the University of North Georgia is encouraging students, faculty and staff on the Dahlonega campus to wear red on Thursday, February 12.

Event coordinators are inviting the campus community to visit the Drill Field at the center of the UNG campus between 2 and 3:30 p.m. to receive information on how to
achieve optimal heart health. Participants will also receive a free, heart-healthy recipe.
Anyone who participates is asked to take a photo wearing your red shirt, upload it to social media, and use the hash tags "#UNGgoesRED" and "#GoRed".
