CLEVELAND - About 200 prospective jurors have been summoned to White County Courthouse to possibly hear the murder case against 32-year-old Douglas Terry Goodson, who is scheduled for trial this week in White County Superior Court.

Goodson was indicted on charges of malice murder of his uncle, 51-year-old Rodney Worley on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 14, 2012.

At the time of his arrest, White County Chief Deputy Bob Ingram said the shooting occurred around 5 p.m. at 3200 Bean Creek Road, off Georgia Highway 356, Sautee. According to Ingram, the two men exchanged words and then Worley was shot. There were witnesses to the incident.
