GAINESVILLE — Spherion Staffing Services announced Wednesday that Al Gainey and Stacey Reece, owners of offices in Gainesville, Buford and Eastanollee, are recipients of the 2015 Spherion Spirit Award.
The Spirit Award recipient exemplifies the highest standard of leadership qualities such as dedication to their community, colleagues and the clients they serve. This award winner is recognized for overall contributions to the company as well as to the local community.
“Al and Stacey have a strong history of community stewardship as well as excellent client service and staff support. Their passion for serving others is represented through their volunteer activities, cooperative spirit and results-oriented approach,” said Sandy Mazur, Spherion president. “Al and Stacey are making a difference in the industry, our company and their communities every day and their dedication is a prime example of what we hope to instill in all of our employees.”
Gainey and Reece have been franchise owners with Spherion for 18 years and are involved in community organizations such as the Choices Pregnancy Care Center, North Georgia Christian School, Gainesville Rotary and Gainesville Kiwanis organizations. In addition, they are active in the Foothills of Georgia Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Georgia Department of Labor Employer Committees, and Chambers of Commerce in the communities they serve.
