CLEVELAND - Around 125 people turned out at Freedom Park in downtown Cleveland Thursday for a National Day of Prayer observance.
Area ministers and others participated in the program sponsored by the White County Ministerial Alliance.
White County High School Chorus sang "God Bless America" and the White County Jr. ROTC participated as well.
Prayers were given for: the government, active military, families, businesses, farmers, schools, police, fire and emergency medical personnel.
