DEMOREST — The Piedmont College Theatre Department is now enrolling middle and high school students for the 2015 Summer Musical Theatre Camp. The camp will be held June 8-12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Swanson Center for Performing Arts and Communications.
Director Bill Gabelhausen said students will enjoy a unique opportunity at camp this year by learning production numbers from the musical “All Shook Up.” The musical tells a contemporary tale based on William Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” and uses Elvis Presley’s songs within the show. The enrolled campers will be able to perform in the professional summer stock production of “All Shook Up” on June 19, 21, 26 and 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Swanson Mainstage Theatre.
