An early Wednesday morning mobile home fire in Cleveland was accidental, city fire officials said.
Firefighters with the Cleveland Fire Department and White County Fire Services responded to the call on 340 Boulevard Street just after midnight.
Cleveland Fire Chief Ricky Pruitt said when firefighters arrived, they found fire in the bedroom area of the home. The resident, who escaped injury, advised he was awakened by the fire alarm and the fire itself.
Pruitt said the fire was contained to the bedroom area, but the entire mobile home sustained smoke damage.
Cleveland Fire Marshall Charlie Bryson investigated the fire, and according to Pruitt, determined it started from an electrical source.
