ALPHARETTA, Ga. (AP) Police in the north Fulton County suburb of Alpharetta are investigating a shooting that left one person dead.
Alpharetta police spokesman George Gordon told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that officers were called to a townhome on Wade Creek Road Thursday morning in response to a report of a possible gunshot.
Gordon said a person was found dead inside the townhome, and a homicide investigation has begun.
Few other details were available early Friday.
