Chestatee High School has won the 2017 GHSA AAAA One Act Play State Championship with their performance of Over the River and Through the Woods.
The War Eagle actors and production crew, under the direction of drama teacher Jeff Kelly, triumphed over the state’s other region winners to claim the trophy
The championship event was held in Sandersville, Georgia at Washington County High School the weekend of Nov. 11-12.
