You probably would have to search awhile to find someone nearby who wasn’t affected when Tropical Storm Irma swept through north Georgia in September. Easier to find were probably bucket trucks and linemen, working around the clock for more than a week to restore power.
To say “thank you,” Gainesville-based BGW Dental Group recently served and delivered more than 200 boxed lunches from Crossroads Deli to area linemen.
“Caring for our community is a critical part of who we are at BGW Dental,” said partner Ryan M. Wood, DMD. “These linemen left their own families to work 24/7 so that our families and our businesses could return to normalcy. Providing lunch was the least we could do let them know how much we appreciate them.”
