GAINESVILLE — The Riverside Military lacrosse team defeated Gainesville 18-2 on Monday in Gainesville.
Jensen Hess scored six goals for the Eagles (1-1), while Max Garcia and Chase Kaufman each scored three times. Gage Roth also produced two goals, and Sheymus Maloney, Chris Sweetenberg, Kendall Sims and Trey Saleeby scored one goal apiece.
Hess also provided four assists, Maloney three, Garcia two and Kaufman and Sweetenberg one apiece.
Riverside will play host to M.L. King on Feb. 27, while Gainesville will play host to Newberry, Fla., on Wednesday.
