More lane closures overnight on Boling Bridge near Hall, Forsyth border

Single lane closures will be in effect on Boling Bridge in Hall County late Wednesday evening into early Thursday morning.
 
Georgia Department of Transportation spokeswoman Katie Strickland said in a media release Wednesday afternoon that the bridge carrying S.R. 53 over Lake Lanier will see the closures starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday and running until 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
 
Strickland said "crews will be pouring another substructure support for the new bridge," necessitating the closures between Dogwood Trail and Little Hall Park.
 
Flagging operators and a pilot truck will be in the area to assist in controlling traffic.
