By AccessWDUN Staff

Georgia's State Schools Superintendent Richard Woods will be the featured speaker at the May Forum of the Hall County Republican Party.

The monthly forum is scheduled for Saturday, May 13 at Hall County GOP headquarters at 715 Queen City Parkway in Gainesville.

"State Superintendent Richard Woods has worked in public education for over 20 years, was named as one of Georgia Trend’s 2017 100 Most Influential Georgians, and was also given an award from the National Arts Education Association," reads the invitation from Hall GOP to the event.

Just this past week, Woods announced his plans to seek another term in 2018.

The May 13 forum begins with a meet-and-greet session at 9 a.m, and the forum begins promptly at 10 a.m.
