CLEVELAND — White County authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Cleveland resident at gunpoint Sunday morning.
Sheriff’s Capt. Rick Kelley said deputies received the call to 2075 Highway 75 S., Cleveland, at 10:20 a.m.
The victim told investigators that the perpetrator had a gun and took money and medication, Kelley said.
Kelley said the suspect and the victim know each other and this was not a random incident.
No injuries were reported.
White County 9-1-1 dispatch advised at 10:45 a.m. that a lookout for the suspect and vehicle had been issued.
Kelley did not provide further specifics of the investigation, saying White County investigators are continuing to gather information and follow up on the information provided by the victim.
