For the 25th year in a row, Hall County Financial Services has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. The county was cited for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2016.
The designation is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting.

"The intentional and diligent efforts of all parties coming together to produce a high quality and timely CAFR speaks volumes for our organization, and I sincerely commend the hard work and sacrifice of all those involved in putting it together."
