SANDY SPRINGS — Colby Wood put together his first -- and most likely not the last -- dominant performance of the season on Friday night.
The Jefferson running back rolled up 243 yards rushing and three touchdowns to lead the Dragons past Riverwood, 50-13 in Sandy Springs.
Justin Cole also rushed for 120 yards and two scores for Jefferson (2-0), while Cade McNally added a 20-yard touchdown run.
Zac Corbin and Bryce Moore also hooked up for a 36-yard touchdown pass, while Corbin returned an interception 63 yards.
