Beazer Homes has purchased 42 acres in Cumming for a 55+ active-adult community.
The age-restricted development will feature four-story condominium buildings as well as single-family homes. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool and other recreational facilities.
Herrington, as it will be called, will be located near Georgia 400 and Ronald Reagan Parkway and will feature 183 housing units - 108 condos and 75 single-family homes.
