SNELLVILLE – Jasper Gibson hit two foul shots with 1.7 seconds lift Dawson County past Atlantic, Fla. Thursday afternoon in the Deep South Classic at Brookwood High school.
Gibson finished the game with 12 points.
Luke Chism turned in a double-double performance for the Tigers, scoring 18 points and pulling 10 boards.
Tate Adkins chipped in 16 points. Eli Burruss had 8, Campbell Reed with 4 and
Atlantic is ranked fifth in Florida’s Class 7A.
The Tigers (11-2, 3-1) plays Archer Friday. Game time is 4:30 p.m.
