An 18-lot subdivision is planned on 40+ acres in North Hall at the Sardis Road-Ledan Road intersection.
S.P. McKibbon, Sr., LLLP, is asking Hall County for a "permissive use" for the property, part of which also fronts on Antioch Campground Road. The 40.15 acres are zoned AR-III (Agricultural-Residential 3).
The county planning commission is scheduled to consider the request April 2.
